A 200-hour RYT based in Chicago with over 15 years of experience as a yoga practitioner and teacher.

My teaching technique is shaped by my own journey with chronic back pain, giving me a unique perspective rooted in resilience and compassion.

I understand the challenges of living with pain and the relief that yoga, breathwork, and mindful movement can provide.

Instructor Qualifications​


With my course, Yoga for Back Health, I combine over 15 years of experience practicing and teaching yoga, with specialized training in the Iyengar method and additional certification in Gentle and Restorative Yoga.

My teaching emphasizes alignment, accessibility, and the supportive use of props to make each pose both effective and approachable.

As a RYT 200 and Reiki II practitioner, I integrate breathwork, meditation, and energy awareness to support each student’s journey toward balance, healing, and ease in their body.

My approach emphasizes accessibility, ease of implementation, and the connection between mindful movement and lasting back health.

I stand by my program 100%.
