I am Jamie Kirschner, a 200-hour RYT based in Chicago with over 15 years of experience as a yoga practitioner and teacher.
My teaching technique is shaped by my own journey with chronic back pain, including spondylolisthesis and sciatica, giving me a unique perspective rooted in resilience and compassion.
I understand the challenges of living with pain and the relief that mindful movement can provide.
My teaching blends Vinyasa flow, Gentle, and Restorative yoga, tailored for all levels, with a focus on back pain and beginner practice. As a Reiki Level 2 practitioner, I guide students toward healing and relaxation in a nurturing environment.
